Coach Libby Smith has been working with Gary for the last 3 years, initially working on injury rehab to transitioning to a full lifestyle transformation.
Gary embarked upon his fitness journey as a final attempt to regain some level of fitness – little did he know where the journey was about to take him.
From someone who led a very sedentary, boozy lifestyle to now the fittest guy in the gym, Gary has challenged the status quo & become an inspiration to many.
3 years may seem like a long time to complete a transformation, but the reality is it isn’t over yet. Gary never initially set out to completely transform his body – this was just a by-product of his consistency, dedication & new found motivation to incorporate healthy living & exercise into his life.
This process has surprised Gary time & time again, and undoubtedly will continue to do so as his journey continues.
Like with any transformation comes many highs & lows. Times where progress slows & motivation dwindles. Gary’s positivity & consistency has continually overcome these barriers, meaning there is no end to his progress.
