As many working mums will be able to relate, finding the time between work and family commitments, to prioritise yourself is no easy task. Dedicating some ‘me time’ is essential if you want to maintain your own health & wellbeing.

THE JOURNEY

Jodi set out on her training journey 8 months ago, and hit every set mini goal on the way. Once Jodi nailed her nutrition her progress was that consistent, it even surprised her.

Matthew Valentine Russell focused on getting Jodi strong in the gym, whilst Jodi focused on additional activity away from FORM that she enjoyed & could do with her friends.
