Goodbye lockdown 3.0, fitness classes in Manchester are returning and boy, are we glad to welcome you all back! With the news that gyms can reopen on April 12th, here at FORM we have been busy making plans to welcome all of our clients back to our fitness classes. Keep reading to find out more about our Manchester fitness classes and what we have in store for you. 

Goodbye, lockdown!

After three incredibly tedious months, we’re excited to welcome all of our clients back to FORM Manchester. We’ll be reigniting our range of personal training packages and group fitness sessions to help you smash those training goals and achieve peak physical and mental wellbeing. So, if you’re looking to reinvest in your health after lockdown, rebuild your strength, or embark on a total fitness transformation, we’re here to support you with our refreshing, progressive approach to fitness through REFORM group training fitness classes and 1-2-1 mentoring.  

New to our gym? FORM would be delighted to welcome new clients to our unique results-driven, cutting-edge facility. If you’re looking for fitness classes near you, our supportive and transformative REFORM training sessions can have an exceptional impact on your health and wellbeing. FORM is located in the heart of Manchester and is easily accessible on foot, bike, bus, tram or train, so busy professionals can receive the high-octane coaching they need to zone out from the noise and zone in on themselves.

Staying COVID-19 safe

Here at FORM Manchester, we appreciate that before you jump back into action you may have a few questions about how we’ll be ensuring your safety from April 12th onwards. The safety of our personal trainers and clients is paramount, so we’ll be taking a number of steps to ensure both our facilities and fitness classes are COVID-secure. It’s essential we reopen in a safe and secure way, so we can continue providing our training sessions for the long-term.  

If you joined us after the last lockdown, you’ll be aware of many of the steps we took to ensure we had a COVID-secure gym in line with government guidelines. Here’s a quick reminder:  

  • We’ll be limiting the number of people who can attend our fitness classes, so it doesn’t get too busy 
  • We’ll be ensuring social distancing measures are followed and operating one-way systems where appropriate 
  • We’ll be undertaking thorough and regular cleans with high-grade antiviral disinfectant to keep our spaces spotless 
  • Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the gym, so you can keep yourself and others safe 

Brand new yoga concept – RESET

Joining FORM’s range of fitness classes is a brand new yoga concept. 

Join us on Wednesday mornings between 7:45 am and 8:45 am at Hatch on Oxford Road where we’ll be running a socially-distanced outdoor yoga class accompanied by some uplifting beats from a live DJ. 

RESET is for yogis of all levels and we’ll be running this outdoor social yoga class in preparation for the launch of our brand new studio, opening 17th May 2021.
