Fast and fun inspired by ballet, pilates, and yoga. Barre focuses on low-impact, high-energy movements designed to strengthen and tone in the way not many other workouts can. Our barre classes in Manchester are designed with you in mind.
Flow – or what you might hear called Vinyasa Yoga – links the rhythm of your breath to movement. Each teacher will bring their own unique style to these classes, some more focus on strength, some more focus on flexibility, but always a focus on the relationship between our breath and movement.
Put emphasis on rest. This class is designed to dial down your nervous system by blending principles of Yin & Restorative yoga, breath-work and meditation practices. The whole class is done on the ground, we stay in each posture for up to five minutes, and props and blankets keep us supported and cosy. The perfect antidote to stress.
No chills until the end – this class will have your heart pumping. We turn the music up loud and move through a dynamic, high-energy class together. Experienced movers and studio newbies are all welcome, just be prepared to move, sweat and have fun. All of our classes include layers, so you can build things up if you want something more challenging, or wind it down if you prefer to keep it chill, or are still finding your feet.
Non-suitable for pre-natal clients
Pilates, with a scoop of chill. A class designed to improve mobility, flexibility and all-round body control. We move slower than we do in a Burn class, but don’t be fooled, slower doesn’t mean EASY. Leave feeling longer, stronger and relaxed af. All of our classes include layers, so you can build things up if you want something more challenging, or wind it down if you prefer to keep it chill, or are still finding your feet.
Embodied flow is a practice that invites conscious, intuitive movement, focusing on a deeper connection to the felt sense of the body and allowing more freedom to move what you feel! A softer and more spiritual side of Yoga than our other flow classes, and a beautiful way to step into your day.
Pilates with post-natal care, but by no means just for new Mum’s. Dad’s and any other primary care givers are welcome too.
Small, intimate class sizes so you get space around you and the attention you need from your instructor.
Babies up to crawling age are welcome, they can either hang out in their carriers in the studio or on their own mat next to you. Please bring a baby blanket along to go on top of our mats, and any toys you’d like.
Music is a little lower than in our regular classes, but you still get all the energy, support and fun that our usual timetable includes.
