FORM Manchester is located in the Riverside buildings on the banks of the River Irwell. Our gym is easily accessible by bus, train and car.

TRAIN – FORM is a quick walk from Salford Central Station.

CAR – We’re just off Chapel Street, accessible from Trinity Way.
