With this in mind, we have created The FORMULA. Simple to follow, The FORMULA will allow you to continually progress with your fat loss goals without compromising your health, social life, taste buds or take up too much of your time.

By answering a short questionnaire within the start of the book, The FORMULA will calculate your personal calorie allowance in order to achieve your goals. By following a simple method, The FORMULA counts the calories so you don’t have to.
Dependant upon your questionnaire answers & goals you will be assigned a daily calorie intake which will be given to you in letters A, B or C. Each lettered category (A, B & C) creates a meal that meets the calorie allowance for that category. Simply follow the recipes in your selected column for each meal and snack.

All meals in category B are roughly 500 calories
All meals in category C are roughly 600 calories
The FORMULA is unique because of its ability to increase or decrease your calories without any extra effort, time and allowing you to still eat the meals you like. If you are not losing the body fat you desire then simply drop a meal down to the lower category.
Make sure you stick to everything correctly for 2-3 weeks before making any dramatic adjustments. Consistency is key!
