You will be taken through density sets leaving you feeling stronger and sweatier than ever before
Each session will be a full body workout focused on building your work capacity and maximizing your output.
The aim is to increase your volume each week resulting in a stronger leaner body.
HIGH CONDITIONING. Exactly as it sounds.
Experience 60 minutes of high conditioning work. You will be taken through high conditioning based sets using AMRAPS, CIRCUITS, EMOMS which are all different styles of conditioning based training that will push your conditioning to it’s limits.
Sweaty sessions that get your heart pumping and muscles burning, incinerate some serious energy and feel the burn.
