THREE PHASES

Our programmes work in 8 week blocks (or phases) – to include CHARGE, FORCE and POWER. But why do we do this? Put simply, it’s because we care.

Balancing these 3 concepts has proven to be the perfect recipe for success, motivation, and results! Find out more here.

CHARGE

CHARGE has a large focus on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.

The high energy, metabolic conditioning style training utilises cardio machines as well as weights and body weight movements.

FORCE

FORCE is about utilising both free weights and machines to build a large amount of lactic acid in the muscle.

Within this phase, you’ll learn how to lift properly and obtain the confidence to walk into any free weights area knowing your stuff.

POWER

POWER focuses on improving total body strength and power through large compound movements such as deadlifts, squats, bench press and pull ups.

The cardiovascular element of this phase will be based around the anaerobic energy system.
