CHARGE has a large focus on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.
The high energy, metabolic conditioning style training utilises cardio machines as well as weights and body weight movements.
FORCE is about utilising both free weights and machines to build a large amount of lactic acid in the muscle.
Within this phase, you’ll learn how to lift properly and obtain the confidence to walk into any free weights area knowing your stuff.
POWER focuses on improving total body strength and power through large compound movements such as deadlifts, squats, bench press and pull ups.
The cardiovascular element of this phase will be based around the anaerobic energy system.
