You’ll be training alongside seven REFORM members using state of the art equipment. In each and every group personal training session, an elite performance trainer who understands your unique fitness goals will guide you every step of the way. You’ll meet three times a week for eight weeks as a group, focusing on cutting body fat, improving muscle tone and pushing your body to the limit.
Your nutrition nailed
When it comes to nutrition and fitness, you can’t have one without the other. That’s why we provide you with an extensive recipe booklet with calorie specific meal options before your first group training session. Plus, your coach will give you tailored nutritional advice based on your long-term targets. This advice will be adapted as you progress over the subsequent eight weeks.

Become a FORM member and join our closed Facebook support group. Personal training progress can be shared with other members, helping you inspire each other. You can also post pictures of your meals, ask your coach questions and support other members.
