Charli’s REFORM Personal Group Training story

Charli had tried lots of different types of exercise over the years, but could never really say she enjoyed it. REFORM appealed to her as it provided structure with three weekly sessions, and a group to work alongside for the 8 weeks – she hoped it would push her and keep her focused….and that it certainly did.
