Craig’s transformation 

Craig’s transformation and training sessions were all about education, teaching him how to lift weights, how to contract his muscles and how to execute all basic movement patterns. Something a lot of guys like Craig are unsure how to do and are therefore not maximising their efforts.

For Craig’s transformation and like many performed at FORM, laying the foundations with resistance training was key to his success. We worked on the basics for the first 6-8 weeks in both training, lifestyle and nutrition to ensure that we had the ability to really push hard!

Once the foundations were laid Craig was feeling better than ever, work performance had improved, health markers such as his resting heart rate had improved and his sleep was better than ever. As a by-product body fat was dropping, strength and energy during training and outside of the gym significantly improved.

No matter how outstanding the transformation, the best and long lasting transformations don’t happen overnight and nor do they require just a few strenuous, defining interventions. Sustainable transformations follow a predictable and consistent pattern. A lot of people say to us that they don’t feel like they are in the right position to start personal training yet or that they don’t have the time or energy. It is our mission to teach people to make training as time efficient as possible. It is also equally important to educate them in the ways to make everything work into their busy schedule without feeling like a chore. This is exactly what we did with Craig and he has the body and skills to maintain this for life!
