After undergoing a serious operation in summer this year, Emma lost all confidence in herself in the gym and felt very apprehensive about her own ability and whether she would ever be able to regain her strength levels to what they were before.

Emma started one to one personal training with our coach Claudia Fiddler in September. After a month of focusing on regaining her confidence and gradually building Emma’s strength, Emma could see that her recovery was happening a lot quicker that what she once thought.

Leading a very busy lifestyle balancing work, undergoing a whole house renovation with NO kitchen throughout, Emma has STILL managed to get in the shape of her life in 8 weeks!

Her dedication and commitment to keeping everything on track over such a hectic period at this point for Emma has been outstanding… and it’s paid off.
