Prior to starting her transformation journey Farah had been an avid gym goer, she attended weekly HIIT classes, Body Pump classes, Boot Camps – anything she thought would help her drop the pounds & build the body of her dreams.

Unfortunately her body never changed – she struggled to lose weight & couldn’t understand why with all the hard work she was doing in the gym. Farah lost all motivation & hope that she would ever be able to look & feel the way she wanted.

When she embarked upon her transformation journey here at FORM, the initial starting point was ensuring that Farah was fully educated & informed around nutrition – this was one of the major missing links to her success.

Once Farah understand exactly how to balance her meals & eat accordingly to her goals then body fat started to melt off & her awesome physique started to appear.
