Sam Hull’s RELOAD group personal training transformation
Sam had already performed one of the RELOAD group personal training 12-week phases before starting his transformation but he wanted to use the next 8 weeks to see where he could take his physique.
During Sam’s first 12 weeks we focused on getting him into a really good routine of exercise, getting strong and working on his baseline cardiovascular fitness levels. We achieved some amazing things during this phase but Sam wanted another challenge as he signed up to another 12 weeks and he wanted to see how much he could improve his physique. Along with the help of his assigned coach and the free nutritional consultation which is complimentary to all RELOAD members we were able to make some amazing physical changes.
With the guidance of his assigned RELOAD coach and the nutritional consultation with our in house nutritionist, Sam was given the tools to achieve a great transformation. Throughout the 12-weeks Sam’s progress was monitored to ensure that his energy levels and performance in the gym remained high but he was continually losing body fat each week.
As you can tell from the pictures both the FORM team and Sam were really happy with the results. We were able to give Sam the tools to achieve these great results, but more importantly we gave him the education to make the changes sustainable.
