    India teaches at and manages the reset studio, and has been teaching yoga since 2013. India is passionate about everything mind & movement related.

    Instructor

    Clare teaches functional yoga that is designed to help you move better both on and off the mat. Yoga has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember and Clare believes it has had a hugely positive effect on her life both physically and mentally.

  • Abi
    Instructor

    Abi is a full-time Pilates instructor. She was first certified in mat and reformer with stott pilates in 2015. In February 2019, Abi started the polestar pilates comprehensive program: an in-depth training in the full Pilates studio equipment.

  • Carly
    Instructor

    Carly is a former professional dancer, barre fitness instructor, and all-round lover of movement. She has spent 6 years in the barre industry working in various high-end boutique fitness studios and has never looked back.

    Dan’s journey into the world of yoga started as a means to better understand the mind after being diagnosed with OCD.

    Expect ultra-calm slow flow classes with an emphasis on mindfulness that will help improve joint health, and help to balance the central nervous system.

    Dan’s classes are uber friendly and open to absolutely everyone.

    Instructor

    Jasmine’s teaching style focuses on finding the balance between strength and length, for stability, injury prevention and to find lean muscular definition. She gives three options for every exercise for beginners, intermediate and advanced, so the class is inclusive of all participants.

    Julia teaches yoga and Pilates and has been teaching in Manchester for the last 5 years. She hopes to inspire your curiosity and love for movement through her friendly, light-hearted approach.
