Our 60-minute nutrition consultations involve a full lifestyle assessment, discussion of dieting preferences, and a detailed report with action points. We also offer frequent reviews and program adaptations to ensure your progress.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT 

If you need further support, we offer ongoing monthly coaching and follow-up nutritional services, including email access to your nutritionist and online weekly check-ins. In-person follow-up consultations are also available.

60-minute nutritional consultation, food diary analysis with feedback notes – £120

This service package is suited to the proactive individual who wants to be educated to have the right tools and skills to make seamless lifelong changes to their eating habits and significantly improve their body/health/performance.

Prior to the consultation, we ask for you to provide a 3-day food diary (provided by ourselves) which can be reviewed prior to the consultation so that the recommendations are suitable for you.

Following the consultation, you will receive feedback notes from everything discussed in the consultation with actionable steps including an example 3-day meal plan (if applicable).

40 minute follow up consultation – £80

This service is suited to anyone who has undertaken a nutrition service with us and would like additional support to ensure ongoing progress. Appointments can be made at any time on an ad-hoc basis to make any changes or seek further advice from the original goals set.

You will receive further feedback notes off the back of the follow up consultation with any changes that need to be made to your initial recommendations.

3 x 40 minute follow ups – £210 

This package is ideal for ongoing support throughout your nutrition journey. Regular check-ins allow us to make necessary adjustments and ensure you stay on track to achieve your goals.
