RELOAD FAQ’S

What is small group training?

Small group training is when one trainer instructs a group of 4-10 clients in one training session. At RELOAD, our small group personal training sessions teach you how to train the right way. You’ll train alongside likeminded individuals and support each other throughout your RELOAD journey. 

How many people are in each RELOAD session?

There will be a maximum of 10 people per session. 

Your group personal training session will be led by 2 personal trainers and operate at a maximum ratio of 5:1. This ensures that we can keep an eye on you to help you get the most out of our group personal training sessions.  

Do I have to be fit to start RELOAD group training?

There are a mix of abilities that take part in the RELOAD sessions. From beginners to avid fitness enthusiasts, the journey is what makes RELOAD so special. Don’t worry if youve never stepped foot in the gym before, we’ll be here to support you every step of the way. There are no egos in FORM; it’s all about achieving your personal best and being proud of your own progressGet ready to push yourself to your personal limit and challenge yourself both mentally and physically. 

Do I have to commit to an 8 week process to join RELOAD?

No, we have changed the way you can access RELOAD.

You can now either commit to monthly memberships where you can either do 2 or 3 sessions per week or access RELOAD on a more casual basis purchasing class packs and drop in sessions to use more flexible.

If I am stuck in work can I rearrange my session?

You can book and rearrange classes on our booking app. It is easy to use and provides you with the flexibility required to fit around your busy lifestyle. For admin purposes, we do have a 12 hour cancellation policy in place. So, if the work is piling up, it’s worth flagging to us in advance and we’ll happily move your session forward for you. 

What happens if I have a holiday booked? Will I lose my sessions?

If you are on holiday  you will be able to book onto 4 sessions one week if you are not able to attend all 3 sessions the week before. You can swap these sessions for either the week before or after your holiday; so don’t worry you won’t lose your sessions. 

How long is each RELOAD session?

The morning, evening and weekend sessions are 60 minutes. The lunch time sessions are 45 minutes allowing you time to grab some lunch and get back to work. 

If I sign up to a membership will I receive nutritional support?

Each member will receive a 15 minute call from our in-house nutritionist who will set you up with the basics to get going. You then will receive bi-weekly education and seminars from the FORM team to continually support your training goals.

There is also an option to purchase full nutritional consultations with our nutritionist for those looking for a detailed structured nutrition plan.

What do I need to bring along with me?

All you need to bring along to your personal training session is yourself, your training kit and a water bottle. If you prefer to shower at the gym before heading homedon’t forget to bring a towel too. 

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes, we have showers and changing rooms with hair dryers should you decide to shower at the gym.
