Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Sweet Potato
  • Kale
  • Butter
  • Avocado
  • Worcester Sauce
  • Macademia Nuts
Directions

Grate the sweet potato into a bowl, then add 1 egg and the Worcestershire sauce and mix with your hands – get stuck in!

Make the mixture into a ball and put in a pre heated George Foreman or frying pan. Cook for around 2-3 minutes on each side if in a pan or 4-5 minutes if on a George. Fry the kale in a pan with half the butter and seasoning until slightly crispy.

Crack and whisk up the remaining eggs in a bowl. Use the other half of the butter to cook the eggs. If your calories allow, de-seed and peel the avocado and add to the plate. Eat the macadamia nuts separately.
